You understand that participating in a tour and/or event organized by Absolute Gravel inherently has hazards and dangers involved (e.g. traveling on unpaved roads, exposure to the outdoors, dangerous animals, reptiles and/or insects, as well as possible criminal activities).
You accept that Absolute Gravel may have to adapt the agreed upon itinerary due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g. adverse weather, flooding, fires and impassable roads) to ensure the safety of attending travelers, and therefore Absolute Gravel may not held responsible for deviating from the planned itinerary.
You agree to obey all instructions given by the tour guide or an assigned assistant.
You are responsible to inform Absolute Gravel and to attend to any medical condition which you may have (e.g. illness, allergy, etc.). You are responsible to carry adequate medicine for your own use as required. You have consulted your personal physician with regards to your intention to participate in an Absolute Gravel tour and/or event, and has been declare “fit” to do so.
You confirm that all the people booked under your name or travelling with you are aware of these terms and have allowed you to agree to the terms on their behalf.
